Office Hours

You can visit us at our office which is located just north of the Township of Jay on Rt. 9N. We are located on the left hand side of the road and have ample parking and a great view of the Jay Mountain Range. There is at least one agent covering our office, 6 days a week. Our hours are: Monday thru Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 10am to 2pm. Any other times are by appointment. If we aren't in the office we might be out showing or taking a listing so please be patient with us!

I am a Graduate of the Realtor Institute, have been licensed in New York State since 1994 and have lived in the Jay area full time since 1992, but I have been coming up to the Adirondacks since 1984 when I met my husband. I am originally from Westchester County, New York and have often wondered why it took me so long to find the Adirondacks! I am married to William Trumbull whose family has been in Jay/Upper Jay since the Revolutionary War and have a road named after them....Trumbulls Corners Road! From 1998 to 2000 I owned my own business in Wilmington and was the secretary of the Whiteface Mountain Regional Visitors Bureau for one year at that time, and was the secretary again for half of 2007! I was a member of the Town of Jay's Planning Board for 3 years and am currently a Director of the Northern Adirondack Board of Realtors. I have two National Assocation of REALTORs designations: Graduate of the New York State REALTOR Institute, GRI Chapter, www.nysgri.com, since 2001 and the Seniors Real Estate Specialist since October 2007. I am dedicated to this great area and I only want to see the best happen to it!

In 1982 I decided to attend SUNY Plattsburgh, not only for my education, but also for its proximity to the Adirondack Mountains. Being an avid skier, snowboarder and mountain biker, the Jay/Wilmington/Lake Placid/Saranac Lake area has so much to offer, so deciding to buy a home in this area was an easy decision to make! In the fall of 2002, I moved from the Binghamton area, became a full time resident of Jay, and came on board at Shampeny Associates Real Estate. I have enjoyed helping people find a place to live in this area and also help them in their pursuit of fun since we share the same passion for the Adirondacks!

I am a newly licensed sales agent, but have worked along side the agents at Shampeny Real Estate for 2 years prior to becoming licensed. I enjoyed the process and meeting new people so much that I decided to hop on board myself! I have many new fresh ideas for the business and bring new knowledge to the table since I just graduated college with a degree in Business Administration, a member of Phi Theta Kappa, and Magna Cum Laude recognition. I am on The Town of Keene Youth Commission Board and secretary for the Keene Fire Department. I was born in Virginia Beach, VA and moved to Keene when I was 2 years old. I moved to Florida for a year, but realized I missed the Adirondacks along with my family and friends. My fiance's family has lived in Keene for their entire lives and are considered "locals." His family along with mine can be found in the book: Two Adirondack Hamlets in History: Keene and Keene Valley. I am excited about the prospect of becoming a successful real estate agent!
