Richard "Worth" Shampeny has been building homes in the
Northern Adirondack Mountains since 1980. He started in
the construction and real estate business to help out
his father, Richard "Dick" Shampeny, who in turn, had
come to the area in 1963 when he helped to start the Ausable
Acres subdivision in Jay, New York.
Worth's desire has been to build custom homes that reflect
the "Adirondack Style" as well as the particular needs
and desires of the homeowner.
A partial portfolio of past projects is available
